Unexpected mother delivers 14 lb. baby in Tampa

St. Joseph's Women's Hospital says Maxxandra Ford realized she was pregnant after rapidly gaining weight last fall. She went to the doctor, finding out she was 35-weeks along. St. Joseph's says the baby boy, named Avery, is the heaviest born at the hospital, tipping the scale at 14.1 pounds, and one of the largest born in the state. Maxxandra says because she's a twin, and felt so big, she initially believed she was having twins herself. She also has a one-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter at home. Maxxandra, her husband, and doctors will be sharing their story this morning

She was a moose = over 300 lbs and her husband was a PeeWee Hermann type stick figure. They drove a VW. It was hilarious watching her get in and out of it. After the baby they moved.

I had a 9# baby and I sure as hell knew it. Towards the end I literally could not breathe. Obviously, she was a big/tall girl and could accommodate a child that size.
