many people have a vitamin d deficiency

I doubt this is what is causing you to feel like shite

Obligatory OT response:

you need the D:

if youre female, pics or gtfo

if youre male, TH03 is your guy

Tested low for it last May. Live in the Midwest and was told it was lack of time in the sun. Got a supplement and it returned to normal in the Summer. I didn't notice any difference FWIW

most people do not have an optimal level of vitamin d (though prob not considered deficient), that's why it's good to supplement it

I do. Mine is 19

I take a pill once a week. There are lots of reasons I could feel bad. So I don't know if it's the vitamin d or not

an interesting side note. of all the vitamin and mineral supplements available, only vit d supplements have shown to have a positive effect on health. all the others (vitamins a,b,c,e, etc) have been shown to have either no effect or to actually cause harm

Do you mean otc?

I'm taking rx vitamin d. Haven't noticed a difference yet but I've only taken two. But when I had a vitamin b deficiency, I got injections and they made me feel like a new woman

Why don't you go to a tanning salon twice a week like normal people?

Just because he is a doctor doesn't mean his dick needs a prescription.
