seems like a lot of stuff for one mental illness.

some of the stuff i googled wasnt even for bi-polar. was for depression, epilepsy, etc.

maybe your doctor is in cahoots with your pharmacist

Most seizure meds treat bipolar disorder

And depression is one the main features of bpd

Naltrexone is for alcohol

no, I mean it. you could call me at like 2 in the morning and be like, "perch, this is paige. I'm in lockdown here in Compton. please come get me." and I'd be like, "okay babe, I'll be there in a minute." then you could repay me by giving me access to that video of yours

As you age, you do not make enough D from the sun. Mine was 29 so I was given rx for 10,000 units twice a week. Feel much better and haven't been sick in 3 years. If you take suppliment, make sure it is D3.

it came, we all had some fun for a while, some problems began to spring up so we shut it down, me and the wife are still together and a little closer now having shared that with each other, so all in all it went good but it's over.

for now anyway

I'm suprised at the people here on weekly instead of daily vitamin D (no sexual innuendos intended). Cholecalciferol > ergocalciferol.

I've always prescribed daily vit D because there is better compliance with a daily med rather than a weekly med. with daily meds, people can fit them into a routine so they take them more consistently. Weekly meds are often forgotten.

at least that's been my experience.
