Screw needing a QB. Let's run the Delaware single wing.

LF playing the single wing tailback. Williams at fullback. Dural and maybe this kid Donte Jackson playing the wing.

If we can't throw, why try? Baffle them with audacious running plays and pound the living shite out of them.

I dunno. I got nothing. Pass the Bushmills.

Georgia tech and navy have actually proven this to be pretty effective lol. I think we could have a successful package like this if we tried

That's the Auburn way.

whether you want to admit it or not the toss lead has been damn effective for us, esp last year.

bama uses it too.

I think you, and others, don't like it because the fans can see it quick and think it isn't snazzy enough to fool the D. but if the D is getting knocked on their arse, like in the second half of the season when our OL came around, the play is damn effective.

I'm fine with that, not like we have to run it all game, but lets try it out some drives. Have an upvote sir!

No.... The reason I don't like it is that its an inside toss and it takes away from the PA pass attack. If you wanna run the ball inside the tackles, you should hand it off with the QB making a full extension to the RB showing the D the ball (like Manning does). You do that each time you hand it off. And then you do it and the D sees the ball and full extension and get their momentum going forward because it's a run and they've seen it all game, but then the QB pulls it from the RBs gut and hits a WR wide open.

Toss dive takes away from that and is an easy play for the D to react to.

Unfortunately, we run it no matter succcessful or not. Like the short side option. So frustrating.

Delaware is known for the Wing T. Not the single wing
