Andvari is friends with some of the people that helped his daughter.
I'd say you're at a disadvantage.

I actually had that originally, but I didn't want to seem over dramatic on the internet.
You have every right to, obviously.

nothing dramatic about it. Montgomery missed it, her vitals were getting worse, and Birmingham caught it. They saved her.

ok, you are a plasma guy, which means you like warmth and smooth motion on your TV. I would probably go with the 2014 Sony: Sony W850B or the Vizio E Series. The Sony received a 9.0 out of 10 rating while the Vizio received an 8.5 (the same as Samsung) and is a whole lot cheaper. On top of that Sony and Vizio have both gotten really good at creating the dark ambiance (plasma is still light years ahead unfortunately) you would get from your plasma tv.
Here is the rating for the Sony
Here is the rating for the Vizio
The LB5900 didn't do very good on the Motion Blur test (a 7.0 out of 10)
5900 Review
If you wanted to get an LG, I would recommend the 5800, but it doesn't hold up to Vizio or Sony in my opinion:
5800 Review, got an 8.5 out of 10 on Motion Blur, but a bad Overall Rating
ETA: When I mention Motion Blur, this is an effect that LCD TVs have started using recently to get rid of that "choppy" frames you see when you go from a Plasma to an LCD TV. Basically they have started putting black frames into the picture to make it non-blurry, and help with the overall picture. So that rating should be EXTREMELY important to you when you are looking for a new TV, coming off of a Plasma

I read that motion review of the 5900 also. Interestingly another site said it had a gaming mode and did well with motion. I wish they specified what mode they tested it with.
This line from the vizio review is questionable to me
Shouldn't a game mode turn off all the blur reduction and just give you the 60 refresh rate? I'm wonder how they test that.
a site saying the Lg is good for gaming

Great gaming TV. It has low input lag and an effective blur reduction feature.

no, the vizio TVs come with "settings" to help you with the picture you are getting, under motion blur:
"The motion blur is average when all features are turned off. However, it does have a very effective feature to reduce the amount of blur without increasing input lag (more details in the Q&A section)."
In the Q&A section:
"Very similar to Sony TVs' Impulse Mode, the Vizio E Series LED TV has a 'Motion Blur Reduction' feature. This feature does not increase the input lag, so it can also be used for gaming.
It is very effective at reducing blur, although slightly less than Sony TVs.
It also produces a flickering effect and dims the screen, but not as much as on Sony TVs."
----------
But the thing that Sony and Vizio do so well - is this feature, Sony just does all of it a little better

I was under the impression that TV gaming modes turned all that shite off to just give you 60 frames or 30 if the game does 30 without any enhancements. I read that about the vizio but they make no mention of the Lg gaming mode that others did mention. This has me curious as to if they even tested it or not.

It's really just a crap shoot at the end of the day, I really don't even trust c|net most of the time, but I do know that in live testing I have been most impressed with Sony and or Vizio, on the website you just posted:
The Sony and Vizio show up in the top 10 as well

This is how I have felt about LED's for a while. I'm also a very thorough researcher of things like this
