I'm screwed....what to do?

Wife got me a nice pair of Costa's for wedding in July. Have misplaced them and don't know where to even begin looking. Do I tell her so she can help me look? Do I say nothing and keep looking? Do I just go ahead and buy another paid and say nothing keeping her out of the loop?

I think this kind of depends on your wife.
One thing to think about is how just buying a pair and saying nothing could backfire on you. What if she finds the pair that you lost after you get a new pair? It could end up almost like being caught in a lie.
ETA: I would probably just say I lost them.
