I think he's asking what would happen if a whole local chapter refused to follow a national organization mandated strike.

Such as all the members of the Norco union refusing to listen to USW.

I don't know if that would be crossing the line if they technically never went on strike. It's an interesting question I don't know the answer to.

Thats the largest IMO, yes. Being out of the national has its ups and downs like anything else though.

Pretty much if it is legal on plant site they will get it for you at no cost. Set up lounge areas and a rec room.
