we never argued about who had the better MG. She just made it out to be wayyyy more than it was. I just hated how shitty of a town Mobile was and that was the straw that broke the camel's back, the fact I missed a good arse time with friends and family that I already missed. Turned out to be a bad idea chasing the female... Have no reason to make this up.

But yeah the streets downtown was absolutely clear and bars were empty the "big" night of parades in Mobile haha. I don't rember exactly where we lived but I know it was on Government street I believe and supposed to be a good area for letting the good times roll. Wrong.

You don't remember where you lived?

I'm actually off this year then. So I can get a crappy pair of beads at a bar nearby that night if I wish

That's the extent of celebrating here.

I keep saying that one year we would go. We just never went. Maybe one year. But just would be really expensive to go between flights, hotel rooms, etc. I have a hard time justifying paying $400 a night.....to stay in NOLA.

Plus I don't know anyone with any connections in NOLA....we would be stuck on the streets wandering around. I've done that enough in my 20s. Too old for that crap.

Nice. How is Vail with kids? Is it as easy as Steamboat is?

I won't have my kids or wife

I wouldn't bring kids to Vail based on price alone

Pick a year when It's late, like in March. It's much better IMO.

you could just come in for the day and roll back to BR when youve had enough. Do that for a couple days until you've had your fill.
