He would not have played in Crowton's offense. Stud would not have used him right anyway

based on what? HS film? please. So many players have come to LSu and switched positions and were fine. This kid just didnt have it. We have guys on the team last year that put up better passing numbers as a hs qb than shep did, one of them played rb.

WTF are you talking about? Gary Crowton was our oc from 07-10. RP would have been a rs sr in 2009.

You were one of the jack asses that said you were in the know about the dc search, yet you dont even know who our OC was when RP was here?

Can y'all give a quick summary of Cecil?

He just liked to watch women sleep. Albeit, they didn't know he was watching.

Crowton might have held the OC title until 2010 but Les and Stud ran the offense

RP?
Not so much...

That's because it was sort of obvious the guy was never going to develop into an NFL QB, hence you can't really say he "wasted his opportunity."

you clearly dont know shite. Or you dont watch the games. The offense changed in 2011 when stud took over.

Greatest Player is Cecil Collins by far.

But Perrilloux had a much bigger impact on the program. Miles still hasn't recovered completely from it.

I don't see how tyrann wasted away his opportunity when he was a heisman finalist, sec defensive player of the year, and a 3rd round draft pick? Or so.. And was almost rookie of the year before his injury.. In which he has now recovered from! And got his life on track.

Ryan Perrilloux could have been a 1st round pick he had the talent and could have had the success to achieve that. Yes he was a backup for the Giants and you can say well if he had the talent then where is he now.. But with successs and his talent he would have been a top pick and had he stayed LSU probably competes for championships when he's a junior or senior

Cecil....no question. Unbelievable ability wasted.

Also, love the 9:36 mark of that YouTube highlight video. STTDB...even in '97!
