I have recently been getting a sharp pain while lifting in both of my forearms. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to help with it? Wrist straps?

Is the pain in the middle of the top muscle just below your elbow or is the pain on the bottom and feels like it's on the side of your elbow joint?

I just got that same thing happening to me near the elbows on the inside. I use Tylenol and keep lifting stuff. I feel like I need to keep moving regardless of pain.

It's on the inside in the middle of my forearm/closer to my wrist area. I can now lift about 10lbs and it'll hurt like I am lifting 50lbs

That used to happen to me a lot when I was younger (20s). It quit doing it after that point. It's inflammation in your tendons. Stop lifting for a few weeks then slowly work back up.

Yep. Didn't even know I had it in both arms until I went in for a pre-op check on my elbows (cartilage damage). Doc pressed down and I lit up like a firecracker. Been present ever since.

Quit overloading your tris on extension lifts like skull crushers, pushdowns, etc

I don't overload is the thing. I've been lifting for about 2.5 years and I am just now getting this pain.
