Meh. Our reports state facts to the contrary, wvu never "tried" to get into the ACC. They did apply to get into the SEC and were passed over. After that they were selected to the Big 12 over your school despite meddling from your POS McConnell

Safe to say the ACC had a better postseason than the Big 12.

If teams get a power 5 win for beating Texas, then they should for BYU as ByU has been 30 + points better than UT 2 years in a row.

Texas is a dumpster fire

all the ACC is doing is trying to make up rules to make their conference look stronger.

Didn't read the link but, does it really matter if the ACC counts BYU as a P5 game and another league doesn't? Shouldn't it only matter what the CFB committee decides if BYU is a P5 game?

Well, Clemson did beat a Big 12 team by almost 40 with the worst backup QB in the nation. He struggled all year vs the crappy ACC defenses, but had a career night against that tough OU / Big 12 defense.

Big 12 has 2 good teams - Baylor, TCU - and that's it. ACCs Clemson and FSU have been similar the last two years. Next year, FSU, Clemson, and GT will all be legit top 15 teams. Really not that much difference between the two conferences, no matter how much you hate the ACC because the other Big East teams got in and WV didn't.

Urban Meyer is 38-3 at OSU. 2 of those three losses are to ACC schools.

I'm not saying ACC is great, but they aren't the garbage you keep spewing about on here. If they were:

VT won't have beaten OSU
BC wouldn't have beaten USC
Clemson wouldn't have beaten Auburn, UGa, OSU, LSU, USC last couple of years
FSU wouldn't have won NC and played in playoff
ACC wouldn't have owned the SEC East this year
GT wouldn't have pounded MSU.

Ridiculous- how can BYU be considered on the same level as those power teams like UVA, Pitt and Wake that fill the ACC

or Iowa State, Kansas, Texas Tech, and some would say, WV from the Big 12 or Kentucky/Vandy from the SEC, or NW, Purdue, Rutgers, Indiana, or Illinois from the Big 1G.
