Darcy has no business being on the court in an SEC game. I know that Robinson isn't really ready, but I feel like there is no way that he would be any less of a presence in the paint than Darcy is for the 2-3 minutes that we need him to play. Plus, on top of that what better way to gain experience and in shape for next year than by actually getting some PT?

It's really like playing 4 on 5 with Darcy while we're on offense.

I absolutely LOATHE this Rantarded argument. It is Brandon Harris, Part 2. If the dude isn't ready, then the dude isn't ready. What is so hard to understand about that? I have a feeling the coaches want to worry about winning right now…and letting next year come as it will.

Hey, Darcy scored our first basket last night.

Finished with 2 points.

Darcy scored the very first bucket last night on a great back door play. To be honest, if he stopped fouling like crazy on defense, he would probably get more minutes. He really is skilled. He needs to be better rebounding and catching passes cleanly, but the same can be said about Udoh and ER3.

Darcy is one of our best defenders in the paint. He affects and contests every shot in close. He is a difference maker. Learn more about basketball.

If we are only going to play guys that won't hurt us too bad against SEC teams then we should only play:
Gray
Patterson
Hornsby
TQ
Martin
Mickey

Don't you know that Gray sucks, shouldn't get much PT.
Patterson can only shoot.
Hornsby is too white and streaky.
TQ should transfer, can't play at LSU.
Martin is too soft and won't go inside.
Mickey can't guard the post or stop turning it over.

None of those 6 are good enough either. GTFO with this nonsense!!

It's not at all the same as Brandon Harris. QB of a football team is much different than playing center in basketball. Not to mention Darcy literally brings nothing to the table. I've been to every home game this year and have watched all of the away games. Darcy fouls a lot on defense because he is constantly getting beat, and his offensive presence is non existent.

I watched Robinson get minutes here and there early in the season and i guarantee he is no worse than Darcy in the paint, out of shape maybe, but skill wise he is just as good if not better. Darcy has no future in our program, Robinson is a huge part of our future. Put him in.

Darcy is our 3rd best center. Odo is better as well

It's all about the feet w Darcy. He must continue to work on his quickness. It affects everything in the game. He can't quite get to the spot defensively and he can't hold his man out when he does block out. He gave up two big offensive rebounds late when he had a chance to secure the ball. He needs to keep playing and absorb some of the early fouls M&M were picking up. Epps is very raw just like Elbert.

You are not alone.

You don't become a winning program by playing kids on potential.

your a DUMBASS! TQ is one of the most improved players in basketball, and a difference maker on this team. Hornsby is the one shooter with size and athleticism that LSU has been wanting forever. Martin and Mickey are our two best players. You must not know basketball coach

Btw patterson is one of our best defenders on the team. Also makes smart decisons and has a high basketball iq. For you to say, "all he can do is shoot". Shows that you do not know shite about basketball
