berg, a.k.a. Mr. Gym... have you ever done body combat? My Krav Maga instructor is also a trainer and starting teaching this shite recently. We always warm up with some crossfit type stuff and now he's got us doing body combat as a warm up... after about 5 minutes I'm ready for oxygen.

Nah I just stick to regular lifting workouts, but that shite will kick your arse. Thinking of becoming a cerified PT so I can make some extra $$ and actually maybe know what I am talking about when people ask.
