The older people don't mean shite because they're not the ones involved in the situations. I know plenty of old white people who live in bad neighborhoods, and nobody messes with them at all. They mind their own business and don't get involved in anything else.
Face it, you're not gonna change anything. Nobody is going to change anything. It won't happen in my lifetime
*I can say that if anything, it would have to start at the top level of city government, then city councils, then getting better, more cops, then nothing will happen. The cops will get shot at, the bad guys will get arrested, and will get let out within 6 months because the police, prosecutors, and judges are all inept.
I mean, you're talking 10 years minimum for any semblance of change to happen. Only thing that can and should be done is to consolidate them into certain areas and not worry about what goes on
