I have 2 college girls as tenants in one of my rentals...they have a cat too...those are the nastiest little girls I've ever seen. I cringe every time I have to go over there. It's odd because they are cute girls too....I just cant see how they live like that

Yeah, but there we were only attached by our genitals, so it wasn't a big deal. We lived together as roommates about 10 months, fricked twice.

in college for my sophomore year... my roommates barely saw me. i stayed at my boyfriend's place. so i'm sure they didn't gaf.
perhaps... the second time i had a guy roommate... he might have had a few issues with me. i remember being a huge pain in the arse.

I had this hot chick in college that I always wanted to bang and we decided we were going to move in together. We started hanging out a lot before she moved in and we ended up hooking up/seeing each other. It was great 'til we moved in together and both got on each others nerves. We had a few classes and worked together so it was just way too much.
In hindsight I wish we never moved in together but we got over it and are still friends.
If you want to hook up/ date each other I wouldn't recommend moving in together. If she is cool and clean and you have no romantic interest in each other then go for it.

I've admitted to being an incorrigible man whore when I was young and single(and maybe shallow,) but that would have never worked for me, it took years for me to be able to look at any woman and not view her as a potential target, I still have that radar mode, I've just been able to keep it in a passive mode

I lived in my chief's old house w/ his step-daughter and another guy from my boat. It was a nice house and cheap rent. The step-daughter was a fat, bull dyke... even had that shaved head with a little bit of hair in front thing going on. She looked like a 15 year old boy and I couldn't stand that count.
My other roommate got drunk one night and fricked her... and he never lived that one down.
I ended up moving out after about 8 months b/c I'd get drunk and seriously consider fist fighting that stupid bitch.

many years ago, but we had a house in houston with like 7 people living in it so it was very 'real world' like.

I basically lived with a girl for 3 years (2 years as next door neighbors in one bedroom apartments, we stopped knocking after the first few months) and 1 year in a house. Never had sex. It was hard, for me at least, but I can say I consider her one of my best friends to this day even though she lives in another country now. I see her just about every time she comes back state side and she even stayed with my wife and i twice these past few weeks.
ETA: If we had banged I don't think we would be as good as friends now. She also was a great wing(wo)man.

never tried, wouldn't want to. We had a good situation and there was no need to frick that up.
Plus we were usually dating other people as well...I think there was only like 1 or 2 months that we were both single at the same time, and I can honestly say the thought never even remotely crossed my mind.

My female roomie worked at an Outback and there was a 19 yr old hostess there that I had to bang. I brought her home and was fukng her on the coach as the female roommate came walking in, she was pissed. It turns out the two of them hated each other and the 19 yr old wanted a way to get back at my roomie...girls are nuts
