Hosting a fella for a hog hunt. Any pointers on being a good host?

Unlike previous OB hunts, time my guest will be staying in my home instead of a hotel. Anything I should do to ensure he has a good time but I maintain my sanity? Considering I have only met the guy once any precautions I should take?
