My wife was on a conference call last night so I just installed it on a whim just to see if I could get through that tutorial finally.

Gamepad controls are kind of garbage, especially in the menu. Might just go with keyboard if I do play this.

I could still play that server. Big enough world. I just haven't booted it up because having it running when I play something else bogs everything down.

Controls were terrible for the first and I have heard they aren't great for 2 either. I may just go straight to 3 if that is the case after trying 2.

That's disappointing to hear.

On a side note I got to play more Second Son last night. The gameplay is fun but the story really is pointless.

Pretty much. Mordor at least does something new with the nemesis system. Infamous is just more infamous. If you aren't a fan of the series then it can be skipped.

I'm just not ready for pre-sequel. I also played 1 and 2 in early 2014 so I didn't have as much time in between as everyone else.

for me, it's I was tricked into thinking I wanted to buy 2, didn't even beat it, so I really wont spend more than $1 on the pre-sequel

No one tricks you into anything.

Don't want the game.

Are you guys getting it?

I'm done with that franchise/genre.

I'm not even gaming anymore.

Guess what I just bought?

Pretty much every game release.

Sometimes buying games is more fun than playing them.

The idea of coop is really fun, but then you are worst than alien when it comes to borderlands

I am worst?

And how am I "worst"? As in how much I get into it, or not playing with you? We tried to get you in a bunch when 2 came out, and you played maybe one night.

now that you have a kid, I think it would be a lot easier to play Borderlands with you, no more of the 5+ hour, 10 days straight Borderland marathons.

I'll do it. Wish I could drag alien and darv along, but don't see it happening.
