Shepherd Scopes?

Anyone know anything about Shepherd scopes? I bought a AR a few years ago and it had a Shepherd 3x10 ltd on it. Well I took it off and put it in the safe because I was just wanting iron sights. Now Im thinking about selling it for a 1x4 AR scope and was curious about the kind of scope it is. Any info is appreciated
