Looking for a used 3/4 ton

I'm looking for between a 2010 to 2013 model and I'm seeing a ton of Fords out there. Would prefer a 6.0 gas burner Chevrolet but not seeing many. Not against a diesel but can do everything I need with a gas motor.
I know Ford had a ton of problems around this time with their power stroke. We're any (6.4 maybe) worth a shite?

pretty sure all 6.4s are the same motor. they are 08-10 for what thats worth. They don't all have problems but its a crapshoot. If you do have motor problems youve gotta pull the body off the frame. 6.7 came out in 2011. The duramax also changed in the 2011 year model (when they released the denali hd). New and old are both 6.6 but the lml (2011-2015i) is a better motor per the diesel blow hards. Ive seen a few 6.0s on cars.com and ebay but I don't know if you're willing to go that route.

I was your situation last year Nd found a 2014 2500hd 4x4 with the 6.0 gas . I got out of 2007 f250 6.0 and could not be happier. The diesels nowadays are so damn complex and expensive as hell to work on. I pull sparingly and the diesel doesn't make sense anymore for that...

Use autotempest for your search. It aggregates from several of the used car sites into one search engine. I found my 2012 f250 in Houston. Don't know where you are located but Texas dealers are more willing to negotiate.

I'd start looking in Texas. Pretty much everyone I know who was looking for a specific truck bought theirs in Texas (including me)
