BLOPS 2 was fun. It just that the other 4 mentioned are just way better. AW is a different kind of fun

But I swear, I had to hear dev complain about SO MANY hit markers to the head's of all of his killers the other night. So it still has that going for it.

double hit marker means headshot. they should die from that.

That's funny. I freak out a bit too when I get a hit marker, with a shotgun, in Hardcore, and I can only see the guys shoulders and head. Probably just a flesh wound.

There's a sniper rifle in this game that makes my toes explode, destroying the rest of me. At least that's what the kill cam showed.

Hey. Its cool. I just keep regurgitating the same thing to you over and over, as if you'll go (bling!), "hey, this game is awesome and I have no idea what I was thinking for so long". Just like you enjoy the Battlefield series, and it isn't my cup of tea.

Lets be real for a minute. Could you continue fighting your war if your toes exploded? No. That's just their way of showing that you can't continue, so they explode you too.

I still don't know how to do that, and have no desire to. Or the power slam for that matter.
I don't know how many of you have played Counter Strike, but that sniper reminded me of the AWP. Just get a hit anywhere on the body, and game over.

Try the firing range with various guns. The targets will give you an idea of how many shots it takes at X part of the body (or you can just read the gun specs online, but actually using it is more helpful. Oftentimes the high damage guns suck too much in other aspects to be usable). Not like CS, where headshot always means insta-death.
I'm almost exclusively using Mors with iron sight now. Playing one shot got me hooked. But now nobody plays one shot on PC :(
