Anybody have some tips on how to pop an iPhone screen back in place?

I've never dropped my phone on anything other than carpet from what I can remember. My phone has also been in an Otterbox since day one.

I just used a towel and channel locks and pushed it back

I've dropped it, but never on anything harder than carpet.
