I found an old retro all-tech to go with our mid century theme in our new house for $350 on craigslist (actual photo below) that i'm thinking of buying because i don't like the crap for sale these days.

slate pool table & i love the look of this unit.

Anyone have a pool table design or style they absolutely love?

I love the old fashioned coin operated Valley pool table....

We have one in our club house and I've always loved the sound when you rack your quarters in it.

Are you going to post every thought you have about your new house?

I have a pool table and we loved each other at one point, but eventually grew apart and decided it was best to just be friends.

One of my friends gave me his pool table and paid the movers to move it into my playroom 3 years ago. I've used it one time, I'm more of a darts guy

Yes. I was really wild about the one I had in high school. It let me put it in every hole. It will always be my first love.

If you are looking for the best playing pool table, you should look into a Diamond or a Brunswick gold crown. You likely won't find one near as cheap as you are looking though.

Had one just like it while growing up. Loved it. And in the event of a tornado, you can strap your kids to it b/c it's not going anywhere.

its super retro. All Tech built in the 1960s and apparently built like a train.

as to nolanola's question; I believe its a 1-piece slate. on a 4x8 table i'm scared that's going to be hell to move!

another pic
