Thinking of buying a Roku for a TV at the school we play basketball at for the mens club. We have wifi access and cable access, but the line is bad and we don't get HD.

Looking to get it mainly for NBA games on TNT, TBS, ESPN and maybe CST.

Does Roku broadcast those stations live? I looked online, but, couldn't find a legit list of live broadcasts.

I'm sure the live broadcast CBS, NBC, ABC and Fox to catch other sports NFL and MLB right?

TIA

No live broadcasts at all... It's all online streaming.

Edit: You can stream ESPN if you have a login from a participating cable company.

Once Dish's new Sling service launches you would be able to watch live broadcasts of their selected channels for a monthly fee.

Here is a good Cnet article on it: LINK
