When a man, for example, has filed for divorce but not divorced yet in louisiana, can he begin to see other women or date another woman during his none custodial days?

I do not practice domestic relations law nor do I practice in Louisiana. But up here when a friend asks me if he/she should go on a date with a married person I say, "Sure, if you want to run the risk of being named a co-respondent in the divorce suit."

Is this a legal or moral question?

I'm not a lawyer but I think it's a great idea to start dating a new girl before the divorce is final. The judge can reduce alimony payments under the doctrine of "hoesius be expensivious" and will take into consideration the fact that you are courting a new lady and how expensive it is.

If you don't respect the vows you made during your marriage to be faithful, sure, date the slute.
She doesn't respect marriage and you don't either.
If you respect yourself and the vows well the obvious answer is no.
