Houston Peeps - Looking for a nice cigar bar/whiskey bar to hang out

Going to be there for a few days on company business. Looking for a nice cigar bar to have a drink and a smoke. Any good ones around the Rogerdale area?

Since I had to google Rogerdale, it's safe to say that I don't have any recs for you in that area. That said, you won't really find any good combo cigar and whiskey bars because of anti-smoking regulations.
IMO, the best whiskey bar in town is Reserve 101 and my favorite cigar shop is in the Heights on 19th.
