I find I waste more food trying to eat at home. Things go bad faster than I can eat them.

I'm the same way. I enjoy cooking, so I cook once or twice when Jones is in town.. but I'd say dining out vs. eating at home is ~50/50 split for me. Slight edge to dining out if they're not evenly split.

I stopped even attempting to grocery shop because I was tossing so much food. I don't mind freezing some stuff, but I am not the person who will sit there and eat leftovers for days on end.

Well to be fair, Arse is posting about his weekend. For all we know, he makes sandwiches in his house Monday-Thursday most weeks.

I have no clue what he does during the week. His weekends are impressive to me tho.

I could without a doubt eat like this & remain slim, but I'm not sure if I could fit in that much liquor in between.

Give us a recap of your weekend Lou. Did you get some of Dav's beef stew?

I generally eat out Saturday's. Maybe all my friends are just weird or I'm getting old.

I like to cook & it's more cost efficient to cook my own meals. Plus I've been on this health kick the last year and a half or so.

Actually the only time I eat out during the week is if I have a date or something

My son wanted pizza yesterday while we were in the city..... I was going to take him to Mona Lisa but could find a parking spot. So we went home.

Holy shite  That would have made me cry as a kid.

Actually. We left the quarter and stopped off at Whole Foods to get a few things. Kids got a snack and we headed to my moms to eat crawfish bisque. They were okay with that.

Always a spot to park around Dolce Vita. They just reopened too.

Good to know. Quarter was jam packed and jelly tight yesterday with the nice weather. Plenty of folks out and about.

Hey, I feel ya. I'm trying really hard to discipline myself to be the same way. I even write out every single meal for the week on Monday mornings to help me.

I guess I just don't see where Arse's weekends are shocking to the point of awe He's a young guy without kids living in New Orleans and he loves food/drinks. Why not consume your weekends with it?

Of course, my bias is that even though I eat like a toddler as far as portions go, I can easily consume thousands of calories in a day if I'm not careful.

First time I heard about it was during NYE. Do they have concerts at the park?

I live next to the Crescent Park, and am frequently in it. The park is not yet complete - it will ultimately go to Elysian Fields. The new section will have another pavilion, a meeting room, and a floating grass garden. Once the entire park is completed, it will host events (incl concerts).
I shot some fantastic photos there this past Oct during an eclipse. If anyone wants one, just shoot me an email (pmacneworleans@gmail.com).

Emma Watson.

Because her eyebrows grew thick? I don't know.

Plus, power brows are in.

well, not really in awe. It's just a good idea for a thread. I tune in to see where he eats every weekend, & I enjoy the pictures. Seems like you do too, you post in the thread every Monday to make sure everyone knows that what he does is normal.
