If he comes with Gerald Green, yes.

We don't have much to trade them.

I like Miles (and he would be a good fit here IMO) but I think they're looking for a first round pick

All Asik can do well is rebound. Plumlee is infinitely more athletic and a better shot blocker. I wouldn't trade Asik for Plumlee straight up but you're selling Plumlee short here.

Asik is overall a much better defender. They both suck dick on offense. Plumlee is a good fit on a fast paced team like the Suns where he can get out and run.

Suns get: Ryno & the 2nd from MEM
Pets get: Gerald Green and Plumlee (think PHX will need to throw in one more guy to make the money work)

OR

Pels get: Tucker and Plumlee
Suns get: Ryno, the 2nd from MEM, and Monty

Bc he supposedly can't control his fouling.

He's improved his foul rate over his career average, and is still at 2 fouls per 10 minutes.

The Suns have no real need for Ryno as they have both Morris twins who play the same position as Ryno and can spread the floor in a similar way.

I know how you guys love trade ideas

To be honest those were mostly jokes...the Suns have plenty 3pt shooting

No, we don't need another salary on the books, and we don't have the minutes to give him anyway. Ajinca is good for his 5 mins a game, Asik has 25-30 minutes, and Davis plays 10 minutes at Center. No need for anything else there

I brought up this idea last year. To quote myself:
quote:

Miles (Suns, dark hair) averaged 8pts-8rebs-1blk-0.5ast for the season with 14.6 PER in 25 mins/game and 11 double-doubles. He's only a year older than Mason at 25 and probably a tough pry from PHX unless the Suns wanna go all in on lotto pick Alex Len (looking that way) or draft someone with the 3 first round picks they have. He only makes 1.17 million next season, so like his brother he'd be easy to accommodate salary wise.

Still share that sentiment. He's a solid backup C who is getting few mins for the Suns. He'd be nice for depth and an upgrade over Withey and possibly Ajinca...

are you kidding me?
2x worse than Asik would mean you aren't in the NBA. 10x means you literally don't have hands to catch a basketball and you're 5 foot nothing.

he makes under 2 million a year. Asik is going to get 10 million next year most likely from some idiot, hopefully not us.
You telling me Asik at 10 million is 10x better than Plumlee at 2 million? Is your brain working today?
