Amazing - no matter how good or bad, the guy keeps getting more $$
Shows how pitiful the overall talent pool is in college and professional coaching.
Even if you get fired for incompetent, you still end up getting paid big $$

As a niner fan I would be fine with this. He's always been a good QB developer and play caller.

If Kiffin leaves, I hope they try to get Jimmy Dougherty.

That's what he does. He job jumps. Always looking for the next best thing. If he is offered, he is gone.

Yea, sure Saban will be caught off guard and not be able to hire a quality coach to replace him.

would not be surprised. Heard he was basically told to look elsewhere for a job. Not too many people on that staff like him.

Been talking to Bama fan again, haven't you? Any time a coach leaves Saban's side (or a recruit picks another team), he wasn't wanted.

Fukin Saban can sure make em want to leave. Little dictator makes no friends only associates who lack work ethic.

FIFY. Didn't help having Brandon Weeden at QB. That's like coaching with one arm tied behind your back.
