Im black and I would actually prefer to see this Franchise hire someone who isn't black. I don't want a young guy who's going to try and be the players "friend" like Scott and Monty. That's great and all for recruiting purposes...but damnit I want a proven leader of men who knows how to coach a team of pro basketball players (which includes the x and o's of the game and utilizing our players' talents)

You basically just said that you're black and you don't want a black head coach because all black head coaches are just the players' friends and only non-black coaches are proven leaders of men who can actually coach.
