Seems like youll either be poor and buy 87 or pay the extra money for 93.

89 makes no sense to me.

I think it shows that I can afford higher priced gas but still have practical money management skills.

89 is for suckers. I bet 87 and 89 are from the same tank.

I don't think buying 87 has to do with being poor. Most cars don't need premium. But I don't see the point in 89

I buy 93 because my car says to so I don't even know how much gas is right now because they don't advertise it

We don't get 89 out here. Only 88.

Some engines don't need 93, but knock around with 87. 89/91 works in those engines.

I buy 89 for my boat. That's what the manual suggest as a minimum.

Yamaha 250 SHO 4-stroke.

I could afford it in Shreveport. But the gas in Houston is breaking me

Well never mind. Not anymore. We're all rich now except mine is like 2.50

Plus it's old

Kinda. I was buying from a family member's friend. And I wanted an suv, preferably a yukon but all he had was an escalade. I love my car though

You would actually get 90 for the same price as 89 (usually) if you did half a tank of 87, and half a tank of 93. Or you could save money by doing 2/3 87, 1/3 93, to make your own 89.
