There are 2 nail holder things on the back of the frame on either side instead of just one in the middle.

Why the hell do they even do it that way?

Buy some hanging cord. Sometimes you gotta rig it up.

I feel ya. We had a flood and most of house re-painted...which means all the pictures have to be re-hung. Hate it. I prefer bare walls.

What's even worse....they say don't put a cable between the two hangers...I'm like, "Well put the fricking hangers 16" apart like studs are supposed to be.".

Cable works fine.

I do that when I can, but sometimes the nail holders are at the very top edge of the damn frame so you can't run a wire.

I just hung 4 pictures like that. frick em all.

I hope you don't have a job where people's lives are in your control. This isn't hard.

I just hung a picture 2 weeks ago that is 60" wide and about 50 lbs. Had a hanger in each end. Of course, the hangers aren't exactly even either, so it makes it even worse.

Why the frick are these things never fricking even

Gently press it into the wall while its level to make an indention. Put nails in at indention. Small piece of double sides tape or Velcro on the backside at the bottom to keep it from moving.

Come on baw.

If it's small enough you can scan it and then use the print out to line things up.
