When is Lollipop going to be issued for the S5?

Im sure the developers over on XDA will get their hands on a Lollipop version for the S5 way before the official update rolls out.

My nexus had lollipop then I had to get a replacement and I haven't gotten the update on this nexus 5 :(

Not if it's on at&t or Verizon.

Why is it dependent on the service provider to push updates? That's the most ridiculous shite I've heard. Yeah, let's put "progress" in their hands.
