Seems almost a given he gets it. Has started every game of his career.

I agree his actions on the field and coming back and he is a leader on defense he should get it, but the off-the-field legal trouble IDK. I think you need both aspects in good standing to wear number 18 IMO.

Ah…the old "who will be 18" thread. There will only be umpteen of these between now and August.

Your life sucks if that bothers you

Nah, I am good…it just gets repetitive. Maybe one stickies thread about it from here til August would suffice.

I agree. Eventually most topics here are just repeat because offseason is so slow.

We need to fake out everybody and give it to one of the returning Olineman

The only other returners with nearly as much PT as Mills are Louis and Gordon, neither of which is a strong candidate for 18. I'd like to see it go to Debo but unfortunately he never sees the field outside of specials.

It doesn't bother me either, but what is the over/under number on #18 threads between now and August.

Have to agree with this.

If the number had more of an emotional connection (like the Chucky Mullins' number 38 at Ole Miss) it would resonate more with me. I'm old enough to remember when that happened, but Google it if you don't know.

But isn't our 18 based on Jacob Hester? Don't get me wrong, I love Hester, but this just isn't emotionally deep enough for me to care much about.

I agree but maybe wouldn't drive as much traffic as the admins want

Then you are missing the point of #18 and a new tradition that was started at LSU. Personally I think it is great!!!!

Obviously I'm a fan and not a coach but I would have to assume Debo will be replacing Kwon. Or at least be the first option going into spring.

I don't think we should glorify domestic violence against women
