Anybody who actually views it that way is dumb. Three weeks to make up ground on 2 years worth of recruiting is a lot to ask.

Are you kidding me? You need to build relationships before that can happen and less than a month to do that is not realistic when you just started your job. It doesn't matter if they knew them before he came here they're selling a new program.

so you are saying that they have to get 2-3 5 start that weren't interested to sign with LSU/
So we would ahem to close with 5-6 five starts half of which weren't even interested in LSU until the last month for this coaching hire to not be considered a failure.

I'm asking a legitimate question on your expectations of these top recruiters....what is realistic in your opinion...can they close a deal on a top player that previously was not interested in LSU. This is based on everyone saying how great a recruiting staff we have now..
