Good Morning Sunshine ! (my sunshine pump on Steele and Miles)

Either Brick or Orgeron will be solid at DL. With Valentine and others, the DL will be MUCH better in the next 2-3 years. MUCH MUCH Better
Steele is an upgrade at LB coach and recruiting and development. Chavis was suppose to be great at LBers, but after recruiting all of those excellent LB's, the results have been mixed, and situationally poor.
DBU will rock on with Corey.
Miles is extremely knowledgable of how important a rock solid defense is to his coaching philosophy.
Talent and position coaching on D will be as solid as ever.
Yes, DC calls and integration of all the talent is very important, so we will rightly have a wait-and-see perspective based on Steele's last year at Clemson, but our talent in the next 2-3 years will be significantly better than he had in his 3rd year there after 2 solid years there - and he has learned a lot from Kirby and Nick since then, and has a great staff to work with and great talent.
There, my sunshine pump to start the day.

If he's such a great recruiter, then why did his defense at clemson have less talent in the third year?
Why didn't his teams at baylor improve due to his ability to recruit talent.
I think this guy is a gary crowton on defense. I do not see him as a recruiter. At bama, he is able to sell nick saban, nick saban seals the deal. Anywhere else he's been, he has not made that school a top recruiter.
Think about Art Briles, He can recruit at baylor. Steele could not. Clemson has more talent today under venables than steele had when he left.

ok, then why is venables and briles able to recruit better at clemson and baylor? why couldn't steele, a great recruiter, get the same type of talent those guys are getting?
