2007(Bama) 341 yards 21.8 points per game
2009(Clemson) 314 yards 20.4 points per game
2010(Clemson) 320 yards 18.8 points per game
2011(Clemson) 394 yards 29.3 points per game
*Dont know if he called Baylor Defensive calls as head coach

LSU Called Defenses

2007(Pelini) 284 yards 19.6 points per game
2008(Malveto) 327 yard 25.9 points per game
2009(Chavis) 328 yards 16.2 points per game
2010(Chavis) 307 yards 18.2 points per game
2011(Chavis) 262 yards 11.3 points per game
2012(Chavis) 308 yards 17.5 points per game

Not like the ACC was the pinnicle of offensive football at the time.

You would think as he recruited players to fit the scheme it would get better.

This is the best advantage college football has; you can recruit to fit scheme. Steele's defenses seem to move is the other direction.

Why do you have 2012 listed? He was only Clemson's DC in 09-11.

That's a bit of a stretch...the 2010 seasons are damn near identical. but he also never had Chavis' talent on the field
