Also, I don't know if it's because of the construction, but the cycle of the light at Burbank and Lee has been terrible lately

I still don't know why they are doing this. The roads were fine and now it just looks like shite with patches of new concrete scattered around while traffic on Lee is at an all time high due to the clusterfrick that is the construction.

it has nothing to do with the condition of the roads. It's for the sewer system.

if youre talking about from lee when it forms two lanes to burbank, its been more than just the past 3 days
theyve been doing this sewer construction in the area for more than a year

Baton Rouge always does construction at the most inconvenient times. I remember back when I was there, they decided to do construction on Burbank at Lee on the first day of the fall semester.
