So good. Definitely not a performer but his lyrics make up for his lack of showmanship. Hell of a songwriter.

Went to his show last weekend in Orlando. Incredible.

Was he playing with Caleb Caudle and Aaron Lee Tasjan still?
All three are excellent. Especially John.

Saw him and his tour-mates this past weekend. They were all really good, but after about three rounds of tunes I was ready for a change of scene. Moreland is fantastic but the "sad bastard" songs can get too heavy in a festival type atmosphere.

Very few happy songs in their catalog

The Tasjan guy was kinda sly and humorous. Johnny made me want to just end it all right then and there. In a good way, I guess..

Yep, helluva show. Crowd was small but very attentive. No DB's talking or interrupting at any point.

Idk much of Aaron's work. I really like what I've heard though and both John and Caleb speak very highly of him.

They apparently ran into some problems with a douchebag club owner at some point in Florida. Not sure of the details and I don't remember where.

It had to have been the Tampa show, as Moreland mentioned something about being mistreated in some way the night before. Not sure of details.
