What is indisputable video evidence?

For NFL replay reviews, isn't the standard that the original call was clearly 100% wrong -- indisputable video evidence?
I think the Dez Bryant overrule did not meet that standard. I also think a lot less people would be upset about the reversal than what we have now.

The ball clearly hit the ground and Dez didn't maintain control. It's indisputable unless you are a Dallas fan or don't know the rules.
