The only thing worse than people who jog on public roads are the idiots that ride bikes.

I do use reflective stuff at night.

Most drivers just don't give a shite and keep going way over the speed limit, never slightly moving to the center of the road when they easily can.

Not all neighborhoods have sidewalks.
