My parents are looking at buying some sort of vehicle for my brother and I to use while hunting. We have never owned one because where we hunt there is a walk in and out unless you kill something. The rules have changed so their looking for something in that price range. I know Polaris is the name brand everyone has and I've also worked at a Kubota dealership so I'm semi familiar with their line of rtvs.. Does anyone have any suggestions in that range..

Will be used for deer and duck

Eta: the reason and I forgot to put it in the op is we got a new track of land this year and there is a bridge with a limited weight capacity (that we don't actually know) is stopping anyone from driving over to pick up kill

I don't know if you can find any new brand name sxs for that. Maybe used you can find a rhino or the small ranger in good shape.

Call Blackwells is Hammond. They carry the old chuck wagon that is now called American sportworks. We bought one a few months ago for the kids and they love it. It is about the only thing you will get new in that range.

Kubota diesels are pretty heavy and get stuck easily. I'd go with a Polaris

I'd look for an old jeep or Tacoma or Suzuki samurai and put boggers on it.

You won't get much of a sxs for that money but you could easily get a nice truck or jeep.

Not sure of financial situation but if you were around but a couple more thousand could get a nice used Polaris, if you were willing to pitch in.

Used is the way to go

The Amercian sports works is In that price range however they are cheaply made, the company that makes them are a bunch of idiots, and They can't go through water.
