The French have finally woken up. Declare "war" on radical Islam.

PARIS — Prime Minister Manuel Valls declared Saturday that France was at war with radical Islam after the harrowing sieges that led to the deaths of three gunmen and four hostages the day before. New details emerged about the bloody final confrontations, and security forces remained on high alert.
“It is a war against terrorism, against jihadism, against radical Islam, against everything that is aimed at breaking fraternity, freedom, solidarity,” Mr. Valls said during a speech in Évry, south of Paris.

What if you officially declare war on ISIS.
It's an official "government body". Declare war on the government of ISIS.
Classify all radical jihadist as agents of ISIS. The rules surrounding dealing with un-uniformed agents of a country you are at war with are "different".
Catch them and proclaim them enemy secret agents/saboteurs and firing squad their arse.
Pretty simple.

Well, against invading Iraq, which is understandable. They were all with us up until the point when the liars before the current liars lied about the wmds. As were most of our other allies. The French anti-terrorism outfit is damn strong.

Well they didn't do too well in the two biggest ones.
It's kinda like Ohio State going up against the SEC. They can beat up on all the little guys, but when France has to take on Germany in a World War then they shite the bed.

They lost to Italy. Lost to Algeria. Brits used to beat them on the reg. Lost to Germany (1871), got their arse rescued twice more.
