Is this a no-no, in the same category as curling in the squat rack?

Or is working out while shoeless acceptable?

I ask cause I kick off my shoes while doing certain exercises, but I never really see anyone else doing similarly. Am I in the wrong?

I'd say learn to love yourself stop worrying about what other people think

But then you wouldn't be at the gym so much

I don't, but I see other people do it. I see no problem.

As long as the gym management is fine with it, it should not matter.

I might go shoeless on deadlift or squat. Anyone who doesn't like it can lick my ballsack.

So when you brush your teeth every single day, are you doing it cause you're worried about what others think?

I take my pants off when doing squats. If anyone doesn't like it, they can come confront me about it, bro.

I've never seen this. I know folks like to work out in those toe shoes though.

Do what you want. If you lift heavy things then no one will care. If you are puny and weak, then wear shoes.

Poor guy. You want to be like one of those serial comment people like Ken M soooo badly. You're just not funny or clever. Keep trying little guy

I bet if everyone sees this guy lose a toe when some dumb arse drops a plate on it, or gets hepC because his diseased self bled all over the place. There are these simple reasons to wear shoes in public. its not just about your comfort.

You wear steel toe shoes at the gym? That's about the only way I'd see it making much difference whether you have shoes on If you drop a freaking plate on your toes.
