Haven't seen anything posted about his 6th year eligibility in a while. Looking back a few years it appears they are often granted towards the end of the season until the end of the year. Does anyone know if he was granted/denied and if granted whether he plans to use it? Would be great to have his experience and ability to play multiple positions back next year.

From the way he talked about his time at LSU he did not, but nobody knows.

Not sure. I got on twitter, which I hate because I'm about 2 years over the age to fully comprehend it, and he is talking about moving out of BR and posting more once he doesn't have to worry about the compliance office anymore. But then tweeted he can't yet because he still needs them on his good side..

I understand Twitter enough to know I want nothing to do with it. There are a million reasons why he would want to stay on good terms with the compliance department.

Washington is not coming back and I think one of the years he missed was due to academics which would not qualify as a medical rs

He redshirted in '10 and sat out with a foot injury in '11

I thought he missed a year with academic problems as well. I could be wrong.

yeah, he missed 2012 with academics. didn't play until his 4th yr of school in 2013.

Move on, everyone. I don't have a link, so don't shoot me, but in an interview (may have been video or radio) he talked about the bowl game being his last game at LSU before the Music City Bowl. He's leaving.
