Football intelligence/knowledge or raw brainpower? If the former, 99 out of 100 football experts will say Peyton Manning. Raw intelligence has to be Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Mobility - take your pick among black QB's
Release - Manning has the quickest release, hence being sacked the fewest times in the league (no one comes close to Marino in NFL history though)
Footwork - Brady
Accuracy - Brees

Rodgers is high on all of these but I don't think #1 in any one of these.
