Makes me want to start a YouTube channel that critiques over-hyped restaurants. I will name it I'm Calling BS. Not that this restaurant is BS, but I'm willing to call BS on it.

Nothing too deep really. This video made me think of restaurant review people or shows in general, where they always pump up the restaurant. I'm just saying, I want a person willing to say "See all these people standing in line? They are whacked in the head to want to stand in line for 6 hours for this shite." Basically, someone to call BS on positive puff reviews. Or maybe I will call it Seconds Opinion

ok...I'll say it....they whack.....especially when you can walk down the street and get just as good.....or pretty damn close, without standing in line more then 10-15 minutes.

Might be a little crazy, but it looks like it'd be fun to get a group of friends out for an early morning hair-of-the-dog drinking session topped off with some damn fine BBQ. Franklin is on my bucket list.
