And from the radio feed, it sounds like they have tons of momentum.

Hammil finally gets booked after kicking Scepovic in the balls.

I would almost rather lose than draw this game. This team has played so many games. We have Europa League, probably two more Capital One Cup games, and of course the Premier League.

That was pretty impressive by Liverpool to fail to score on that breakaway.

Replay at the Lane. Hopefully, that one will actually be on TV.

This ref is hilarious. Three blatant handballs not given.

Now that we have won, glad that Akinfenwa got a goal... as a LFC supporter, that must be special..

And right on cue, Stevie with the brace...

Glad there is no replay..

I think Europa would mean more though, right? CL spot and a European trophy? I'd take that over the FA 10 out of 10 times.

of course its more important with the CL spot now

but its still a mickey mouse trophy (they had to add the CL spot this year so big clubs would take it serious) esp if your a top 4 club

Chelsea fired two managers in a Europa Cup winning season

The FA Cup is easily the biggest domestic cup competition in the world

The way you guys are playing 4th is ripe for the taking

and you would force regime change at Arsenal.

Appreciate the vote of confidence, but we will probably frick it up. If we win our next four (all winnable), we could be 7 points ahead of Arsenal. I would love for them to miss their favorite holiday this year.

You probably will. But Liverpool and Arsenal will frick it up way more, I promise you.

You don't have to outrun the bear, you just have to be faster than the slowest guy running from it.

Didn't someone start a thread suggesting the Premier League should get a fifth CL spot? Lolz. There really are only three CL-worthy teams this year, but I will cherish a spot for sure.

If United keep up their current form I agree. But if they settle back down to the form they had in the first quarter of the season (IMO highly unlikely), then really only two would be deserving. Crazy to think about.
