Serious question concerning the next hire.

Could it be possible that the next hire could be some type of head coach in waiting deal? Kind of like what Mack Brown did while at Texas with the hire of Muschamp? Just wondering because it seems like it since LM is taking time to make a decision.

Could be that, however he is taking his time because his team and his future coaching depends on how his defense will perform.

Les knows he will retire soon, or soon be asked to resign. I am thankful for his thorough look at the best possible candidate for our Tigers.

I'm guessing Cam is Les' head coach in waiting. If Les retires in the next few years you better believe Cam will be highly recommended by Miles. Will be interesting if this DC is someone Cam has worked with before.

Hopefully we can get Coach O to come here and agree to work under Brick if that is the case. I have been waiting a long time for Coach O to get his chance and come here one way or another.
