The statement added that Sarver must make an offer or withdraw his bid by 5pm on February 2.

Yea but its more just needing money for operating cost he would be able to wipe it clean tomorrow if this gets approved.

Basically Ashley right now is trying to take the club over by having his friends he fund buy shares bc he can't be the majority owner of two UK clubs.
