I'd rather Denver play Cincy again than Indy. It's hard to beat a team twice in one season, and I doubt our defense and Peyton Manning play that bad again.

I would never punt in this situation. 4th and 3 from the 40. Gained 31 yards of field position (which wasn't guaranteed) to pass on about a 40% chance to get in field goal range. I would not be that conservative when you are in Marvin Lewis' situation.

There is 0 reason to punt there. frick football and its conventional wisdom bullshite. It's no coincidence that the one team that would unquestionably go for that is the best team in the NFL every year
